"Just because we are not yet claimed, does not mean we are not slaves," he says, hands starting to shake at the notion. "If the Prince no longer wants me as his slave, I must find a new Master. I am a slave, I am born to this. Is there, is there a boarding house of some sort. I have no coin but there are ways to pay that I am sure are the same across lands," he chokes out, trying to steady his breath at the idea of how such payments will have to be made.
